Founder Marylou Thistleton-Smith revealed that the decision was influenced by a recent request to cast an autistic child for a character in the ‘Thomas & Friends’ series. This request inspired the company to extend its offerings to accommodate and nurture young talent from varied backgrounds. ‘We are determined to be an agency that’s inclusive for children,’ she noted.

All project managers, engineers, and directors involved have been DBS-checked and possess significant experience working with children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
