Having previously been the executive director, Lawrence is tasked with working alongside executive chairman John Reiss. Elaine Pearce, another strategic appointment, has become a managing director. She will handle board-level responsibilities, focusing on optimizing people and resource management, crucial for Premier’s internal and external growth.
