Denglos, who began his new role on September 1, brings with him a wealth of experience garnered over a 25-year career in the sportswear industry. His extensive background includes pivotal roles within Adidas, a leading global brand.
Denglos joined Adidas in 1994, where he initially took on the role of business unit manager for diverse categories such as tennis, skate, and basketball. His career trajectory at Adidas saw him leading product marketing for the EMEA region by 1998.
Subsequently, Denglos expanded his leadership scope, eventually becoming the Vice President overseeing marketing and wholesale. His tenure peaked as CEO of Adidas Italy in 2018, underscoring his capability in steering major sportswear operations.
At Under Armour, Denglos will manage all sales channels, including wholesale, distributors, ecommerce, and retail. He will operate out of Amsterdam, focusing on enhancing commercial success across the EMEA region.
