The company, a joint venture involving Bruntwood, Legal & General, and Greater Manchester Pension Fund, strategically supports enterprises by building curated ecosystems that facilitate innovation. Currently, Bruntwood SciTech operates across 11 campuses and 31 innovation hubs in cities such as Manchester, Leeds, and London, providing services to over 1,100 companies. They plan to expand their community to 2,600 businesses by 2033. This year, they invested a remarkable £314 million in developing new workspaces to bolster the UK’s innovation economy, with crucial projects set for completion soon, including Citylabs 4.0 and No.3 Circle Square.
