Serotonin, a Manchester-based agency, has been appointed as the digital marketing partner for Bella Italia. This collaboration aims at executing a comprehensive national brand campaign titled ‘Feel Bella.’
Through digital and out-of-home (OOH) channels, the campaign intends to significantly elevate Bella Italia’s brand visibility. Megan Trimble, Marketing Director at Bella Italia, highlighted the seamless synergy with Serotonin, appreciating the agency’s ability to transform creative concepts into a holistic and strategic plan focused on achieving significant outcomes.
The campaign, creatively orchestrated by Defiant, employs playful visuals of people being comforted by oversized food dishes. Since its rollout, the digital segment has amassed over 2 million impressions, 215,000 thruplays, and 7,000 page landing views across social media platforms. Additionally, the campaign recorded more than 7.1 million impressions, 208,000 site visits, and 12,000 bookings through paid search activities.
The OOH component of the campaign has notably extended its reach. Billboards and digital screens located in train and metro stations, as well as shopping centers in Newcastle, garnered over 8.5 million impressions within a two-week span.
