Alo Yoga has extended its footprint in the UK market by inaugurating a flagship store on London’s renowned Regent Street. This 10,000 sq ft location is the brand’s second in the UK, following the opening of its initial store on King’s Road in November of the previous year. The Regent Street store, located at 150 Regent Street, brings a comprehensive collection of Alo Yoga’s offerings, including activewear and loungewear for both men and women, as well as an array of accessories, footwear, and wellness products. Established in 2007, Alo Yoga has evolved from a niche supplier of yoga outfits to a prominent name in fitness fashion.
The introduction of the Regent Street store is a clear indicator of Alo Yoga’s ambitious UK expansion strategy. Its products are already available through several major British retailers such as Selfridges, Harrods, Marks & Spencer, and Net-a-Porter. This strategic placement seeks to elevate the brand’s presence in the bustling UK athleisure market. Following the success on King’s Road, Alo Yoga has set its sights on further growth, announcing plans to open two additional stores in London’s key shopping districts: a 6,070 sq ft store on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge and a 5,000 sq ft outlet on Neal Street in Covent Garden. Both locations are expected to open later this year.
Co-CEO Danny Harris expressed his enthusiasm for the brand’s integration into the London community, highlighting the store’s potential as more than just a shopping destination. He stated, “We look forward to becoming a part of the vibrant London community and bringing our unique blend of fashion, performance, and mindfulness to this iconic city. This store is more than just a retail space—it’s a chance to connect more deeply with our community. We aim to provide a space where our community can not only shop but also experience the mindful lifestyle that Alo represents, fostering connections and promoting mind-body wellness.”
Alo Yoga’s Regent Street opening marks a significant step in its UK market expansion, blending retail innovation with community engagement.
