- Hurr and Deliveroo’s partnership aims to enhance customer experience with unmatched convenience.
Hurr has joined forces with Deliveroo to transform fashion rentals with speedy delivery for its central London customers, reducing wait times to just 20 minutes. This innovative service, starting from November 20, represents a significant shift in the fashion rental industry, offering a quick solution for last-minute or planned fashion needs.
Customers can choose from a selection of over 50 dresses from premium and luxury brands such as 16 Arlington, Santa Brands, Self-Portrait, Nadine Merabi, and Rixo. By leveraging Deliveroo’s biking couriers, Hurr ensures these highly sought-after items reach customers faster than ever before, enhancing the overall rental experience.
Alongside their fashion rental, customers will receive a returns label, allowing them to post the items back after a rental period ranging from four to 30 days. However, it’s important to note that the current service does not support returns through Deliveroo itself, requiring a different method for returning rented items.
Hurr’s founder, Victoria Prew, expressed enthusiasm about the venture, highlighting that customer experience is central to Hurr’s mission. She stated, “We are thrilled to be launching on-demand fashion rental in partnership with Deliveroo this festive season. Customer experience is at the heart of Hurr, and this unique partnership will deliver your last-minute or planned party wear looks to your door faster than fast fashion itself.”
Deliveroo’s Chief Operating Officer, Eric French, emphasized the groundbreaking nature of this collaboration, marking it as a first in the fashion industry. He noted the potential for high-end fashion to become even more accessible and highlighted the partnership as Deliveroo’s initial step into the fashion sector. French added that Deliveroo is excited to expand this aspect of their business, welcoming further partnerships.
This partnership between Hurr and Deliveroo sets a new standard for quick and convenient luxury fashion rentals.
