Tom Goodman has been elevated to the role of chief digital and technology officer at Regatta Ltd., where he will direct the company’s digital, customer experience, technology, data, and artificial intelligence ventures. This significant move is expected to enhance Regatta’s digital and omnichannel capabilities.
With his new position, Goodman is tasked with rolling out innovative projects such as a new membership program designed to boost customer loyalty and retention across both online and physical retail channels beginning in August. The launch of this program is a strategic step towards refining the brand’s omnichannel experience.
Goodman, prior to his tenure at Manchester-based Regatta, amassed a wealth of experience at major firms including Deloitte, Selfridges, and JD Sports Group. His expertise extends to roles involving consulting and digital leadership. At Regatta, Goodman has successfully relaunched various websites, cultivated in-house digital marketing and tech teams, and established several new partner platforms, collaborating with notable brands like Frasers Group, Decathlon, and Marks & Spencer.
