Beardsworth-Shaw’s professional journey began in 2011, where he served as an in-house production manager for esteemed fashion designer Christopher Raeburn. His adept skills led to his promotion to design manager in 2014. Subsequently, he took on the role of design director at Hunter Boots in 2017, further honing his expertise in the footwear sector.
Between June 2021 and February 2022, Beardsworth-Shaw expanded his leadership skills as the vice-president of design at the activewear company Sweaty Betty. His most recent role as design director at Accessorize saw him overseeing categories spanning jewellery, clothing, and prints. He left Accessorize in March 2024, with a wealth of experience, poised to make a significant impact at Russell & Bromley.
