Furthermore, a Caffè Nero outlet was also launched in the John Lewis store situated in White City, West London.
This collaboration between the John Lewis Partnership and Caffè Nero traces back to 2021, initially starting with an initiative that supplied free hot drinks to My Waitrose loyalty card holders. Since the inception of this scheme, Waitrose has dispensed nearly 25 million hot drinks, greatly enhancing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Charlotte Di Cello, the commercial director for Waitrose, highlighted in communications with The Times how the brand views its stores as integral local community centers.
